Scientists think they’ve found a way to analyze the effects and progress of regular mindfulness practice
Meditators often experience physical, mental and emotion benefits from their practise. However, scientists haven’t always been very supportive of the mind-body connection that meditators experience.

Dont feel up for meditation... try this!
As we all know meditation is by no means is a “quick fix” program, but practising consistently is one of the biggest challenges you will face.
Often, when you ‘don’t feel up to it’ – this is when you need meditation the most! At these moments it can be tempting to let ‘life get in the way’ of your practice. If you see meditation as just another item on your ‘To Do’ list you will not be motivated to practice. Instead, view it as a time for you – look forward to it – and remember to enjoy the daily growth it provides you.
Give it a try right now… visualise and feel the emotions you experienced after you last meditation. Clearly recall all the benefits and feel the stress melt away. Now the only question is – when will you practise today?

I know it may seem an unlikely thing to say at this time of year, but meditating outdoors is an excellent way to connect with nature.
