We currently have support worker positions available at our service in West Runton, NR27. Various shifts available including bank if preferred. This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and associated health needs.
West Runton is on a bus and train route, with bus fares currently being capped at £2 for every single journey.
Hourly rate of £11.50. Full training given including opportunities for diplomas in health and social care.

The Great British Care Award finals were last Friday, and the team was all there to celebrate Karla’s regional win. 🏆 Back in October, she clinched the title of "Frontline Leader of the Year" at the East of England heats, earning her a spot in the National Finals held in Birmingham. #

Alongside her manager Jess, Karla joined hundreds of exceptional individuals from the care sector for a gala celebration hosted by Rylan. While the trophy might not have made its way home with Karla, her nomination alone is a testament to her remarkable dedication to providing outstanding care and support.

Nicola Ward, our Head of Marketing & Communications, who attended with Karla, described the evening as 'brilliant,' celebrating not only Karla's achievements but also those of other remarkable support workers and leaders in the sector. Congratulations, Karla! Here's to many more milestones ahead! 🌟
