Our Story
CURZON OPENS YOUR EYES TO NEW WORLDS AND NEW WAYS OF SEEING
Our founders were inspired to start Curzon through a passion to share the films they loved and introduce cinemagoers to fresh forms of filmmaking; from La Ronde and Bicycle Thieves to the French New Wave and Merchant Ivory.
It’s a philosophy that has underpinned everything we’ve done from the beginning.
We have a history of showcasing the very best that cinema has to offer. But we’ve never rested on our laurels. We’re always open to new voices and are constantly looking for new ways to share filmmakers’ stories.
