What to expect from a hypnotherapy session with me :

Step into an oasis of calm, enjoy a fresh herbal tea as we discuss what you want to work on and allow me to help you access your inner resources with hypnotherapy. Quieten the external chatter and focus inwards - the world is distracting but you can access your inner calm and use it to make improvements to your life. Clients last week were amazed at the time distortion they experienced. Appointments available most Fridays so contact me to book. If the weather ever improves there’s also an option to experience hypnotherapy out in nature in a beautiful private garden.

I also use hypnotherapy at my mother’s circles and mothers of any aged children are welcome. The next one will be 1st September and the theme will be ‘Accessing Intuition’ 7-8:30pm. Period Preparation and Hypnobirthing for couples is also coming to the hub in August! Book via my website.

Private Hypnotherapy sessions coming to on Friday 5th July and the first Friday of every month in between fabulous yoga classes. Why not treat your body and mind and book onto both!

The Mother-Daughter Empowerment Circle brings mothers and daughters together with thought provoking discussion, powerful rituals and engaging activities. The aim is to fortify our daughters self-esteem, invigorate our own spirits and nourish our relationships. Mindful Mothering this Sunday 15th October 💗

Our culture doesn’t currently value wisdom passed down from generation to generation but I can feel a shift so let’s bring that back for the next generation. 💗the second picture is my own grandma who died 35 years ago, the day before my sister was born.

This hazy photograph was taken nearly 11 years ago just a few moments after I found my power when I gave birth to a breech baby at home surrounded by my loving family and the most brilliant midwife in the land. You can see the birth pool is only half blown up because the labour was so quick. I had a battle to get to this point because the system was not supportive of my choices but I trusted my instincts. It was at this pivotal moment in 2012 that I fully realised everything I ever needed was right inside of me and I’ve been on a mission ever since to empower as many people as possible to reclaim their own power. That’s why I trained as a hypnotherapist after teaching hypnobirthing for a few years to be able to support more people. Birth will always be my passion though and I have some spaces later this month for private hypnobirthing sessions always tailored to individual needs and not ‘one size fits all’ because it doesn’t! A breech birth at home was right for me but it may not be for you. I will help you to find what’s best for you by showing you how to access your own intuition and support you along the way. You don’t need to look outside of yourself - everything you need is within ✨
I used a vision board as well as hypnobirthing to visualise the birth of my dreams with 2 out of 3 of my children and have since used this way of manifesting in other areas of my life. I’d love to share this with you whether you are pregnant or not at my upcoming workshop in seaham on 13th October. Join me to harvest those dreams whatever they may be. This week so far has all been about spreading peace and love into our community and allowing it to spread further out into the world. It started with a beautiful treatment from at and continued with ‘s brilliant one love festival where we created a hive of activity for all of the kids and big kids to create. We made a giant peace and love sign from seaweed, a wave of love banner, woodland eyes for love and protection, mini flags from old bed sheets and magic wands to spread love. All of this from natural resources and things we already had to be kind to our planet. We learned more about open air school from Hannah and Caroline who are pioneers in education and creating something so beautiful for our community with the open air school and yesterday we made an autumn mandala at The Hive in Darlington as part of our wellbeing Wednesdays. This was the last in a series of sessions I’ve been running for adults with additional needs and I have absolutely loved it! I learn something new every week and yesterday managed to incorporate a farm and watching tv eating sausages into our meditation to make it accessible for all. Preparing for my zoom hypnobirthing workshop in the peace of in perfect serenity on Monday. This is such a magical place and I absolutely love helping couples prepare for one of the most important days of their lives. I have some space for private hypnobirthing workshops over zoom or in person. Each workshop includes a tailored hypnosis session to your individual needs, a birthing toolkit, a pregnancy colouring book and hypnobirthing tracks as well as ongoing support to help you prepare for the birth that’s right for you.
