Our Story
Wild Beef champions ethical, old-fashioned methods and produces highly nutritious, deeply flavoured beef. Our ethos 'Food as Nature Intended' encapsulates our core values: responsible, sustainable farming; creating exceptionally good food; quality of life; and a love of nature and the environment. Our farm, Hillhead Farm, is nestled in Chagford, Devon, in the heart of Dartmoor National Park. Our farm shop brings together a selection of artisan produce from the West Country, and we sell at three Farmers' Markets - Borough and Broadway in London, and Wells in Somerset - as well as via mail order.
