Here is everything you’ll need 😊👇
Ingredients:
-Strawberries
-A jar of your nut butter of choice (we used almond butter)
-2 tbsp of coconut oil
-125g of your chocolate of choice
Steps:
-Throw all of your ingredients into a double boiler on the stovetop and heat it until everything has melted together
-Line a baking tray with some parchment paper, lay out your strawberries, and pour your mixture on top
-Let it chill out in the fridge for at least 3 hours, and voila, your fudge is ready to slice and enjoy

You'll need:
➡️ 200g high protein cottage cheese
➡️ 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
➡️ one egg
Toppings
➡️ Raspberries
➡️ 8Foods Cacao Morsels
1. Preheat the oven to 180oc
2. Add your cottage cheese, yoghurt, and egg to a blender
3. Split into two small bowls
4. Top with raspberries and 8Foods Cacao Morsels
5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through

Cru8 Foods - roots to rise
Alexi, the Founder of Cru8, believes that a high-raw, mostly plant-based diet can lead to tremendous health, well-being, and productivity benefits. She has been a raw food advocate since 2009 and has seen the transformational nature of eating high-raw firsthand. Since the beginning of Alexi’s high-raw food journey, she has recovered from a pre-diabetic condition, released 20lbs of excess weight, and recovered from depression. She set out to prove her theory through her MSc (Organisational Psychology, City University) thesis research. Results from her research showed that a high-raw, gluten, dairy and refined-sugar free diet not only significantly enhances work productivity but emotional well-being. Alexi was subsequently awarded a distinction for her thesis and set up Cru8 with the purpose of transforming eating habits through her detox delivery business. To help her clients stay on track post detox, Alexi developed a range of snack foods free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar.
The recipe for every Cru8 product has been designed and created by, Alexi, using the finest, nutrient-dense ingredients to deliver optimum nutrition, support wellbeing and increase productivity.
Cru8 now has five core ranges: Paleo Breads, Vegan Keto Breads, Raw Crackers & Crisps, Raw Cookies and Raw Macaroons. All products are handmade in small batches using artisanal methods in Cru8’s own kitchens in London. The products are Soil Association certified organic and free from gluten, wheat, dairy and refined sugars. They have collected several Great Taste Awards.
