Hi all, this is , showing the project āMeltingā for the upcoming MA Fine Art Degree Show.
This work explores photography as a form of visual meditation, focusing on the fleeting moments of perfection and the transient nature of existence. An ice cube, initially captured in its ideal form on instant film, begins to dissolve, the process documented digitally over time. This transformation from analogue to digital, from the whole to the details, mirrors the passage of time and evokes themes of impermanence, memory, and inevitable decay. The series delves into the delicate interplay between time and change. The tangible instant film symbolizes a desire to preserve perfection. Contrasting it with the fluidity of digital photography, āMeltingā invites viewers to contemplate the beauty of impermanence and the inevitable transformations that objects-and moments-undergo.

Hi all, this is , showing the project āMotionlessā for the upcoming MA Fine Art Degree Show.
The title of my series, āMotionless,ā counterbalances the photos, capturing the essence of anxiety and emotional turmoil. I intended to emphasize the stillness amidst the turbulence of intense emotions, creating a visual representation of the contrast between the two.

Hi all, this is , showing the project āOld Haunted Houseā for the upcoming MA Fine Art Degree Show.
I am an Indian artist from Mumbai.I come from an animation design background but always wanted to pursue fine arts. I love to work with different kinds of materials like paper, cardboard, threads, clay, etc but I specialize in paper prominently. I have been doing miniature models, origami crafts and model making since many years now. This house is one such work where I wanted the house to look like a very old, broken, haunted house in the jungle. The idea behind this house is to kind of replicate a house I had once seen in my village area. As I love traveling I have seen so many houses until now wherever I go but this house is a representation of a typical village house we see usually in Maharashtra. As I wanted the house to look old and broken there are no real windows to the house with only hallow areas in the place of windows for little light to pass. Also I have made white thread webs hanging from the roof tops of the house to make it look more realistic. The whole house is made using scrap cardboard and mountboard so it can be called as a ābest out of wasteā project.

Hi all, this is .rb.1992 , showing the project āOuroboricā for the upcoming MA Fine Art Degree Show.
A profane world exists because paradise always falls apart, and thatās catastrophic.
A profane state is characterized by suffering, intense suffering; but if you persist and deepen your consciousness, you can transcend these tragic conditions and recreate paradise.
Yet, even then, paradise remains impermanent and inevitably falls apart

Hi all, this is , showing the project āFive Hundred Eleven Million Kilometer Squaresā for the upcoming MA Fine Art Degree Show.
I am a graphic design-based illustrator from Hanoi, deeply passionate about exploring the intersection between design and fine art. My curiosity drives me to expand my understanding of artistic expression continuously.
In this exhibition, I aim to bring a fresh perspective to my the familiar style of childrenās illustration by immersing it in a VR experience inspired by a cherished short story of the same name.
Did you know that the Earthās surface area is 510,100,000 km2? But for children, it is more than that.
āFive Hundred Eleven Million Square Kilometresā is not just a whimsical term; it is a wonderland that embodies the boundless imagination of childhood within the confines of adulthood. In this wonderland, the Earthās surface is just the beginning, augmented by 900,000 magical elements that fade as one grows up.

Hi all, this is , showing the project āBeyond Bordersā for the upcoming MA Fine Art Degree Show.
As a Pakistani artist based in London, my work delves into the multifaceted experiĀences of migration, a theme that resonates deeply with my personal journey. My current project, an exploration of voluntary and involuntary migration, seeks to encapĀsulate the emotional and psychological complexities inherent in the process of relocating to a new cultural landscape.
This project comprises two interwoven elements: a self-cast sculpture and a world map. The sculpture, crafted from kraft paper, symbolises my emergence and growth within the unfamiliar terrain of London. It represents the challenges and triumphs that accompany the decision to uproot and start anew in a foreign environ- ment. On the other hand, the world map emphasizes the rich diversity of voluntary migrants in the UK, highlighting the varied backgrounds and narratives that converge within this space.
Through these pieces, I aim to evoke a dialogue about identity, place, and belongĀing, inviting viewers to reflect on the universal yet deeply personal nature of migration. My work seeks to capture the intricate balance between loss and discovery, fear and hope, as individuals navigate the transformative journey of migration in pursuit of new opportunities and a sense of belonging.

Hi all, this is , showing the project āForced Laughterā for the upcoming MA Fine Art Degree Show.
Maranda Bennett is a U.S. born artist specializing in portraits with a preferĀence for the artificial and unreal. She works in acrylics, oils, and pastels, exploring elements of unnaturalness, forced positivity, and the complexity underlying generic imagery in mass media. The themes in her work include consumerism, identity, the pursuit of beauty, the nature of performance, and celebrity worship. Maranda draws inspiration from magazines, stock photos, talk shows, tabloids, TV advertisements, and other lowbrow yet morally rigid relics of mainstream Western culture. In this exhibition, the viewer is encouraged to contemplate what happens when a show of positivity is taken too far, when the extra generic becomes uncanny.

Hi all, this is , showing the project āEchoes of Urban Lifeā for the upcoming MA Fine Art Degree Show.
My name is Jaladhar Divakaran Sajitha. I come from a small village in Kerala, India. I specialize in sculpture, but I also work with installation, painting, and drawing. I use mixed media in my art, often working with both found and handmade objects.
In this exhibition, I explore daily life in the city. The materials I use are collected from the roadside. Sometimes, I plan my work by drawing first. Other times, I create pieces spontaneously, inspired by the objects I find. The objects themselves often guide the process, creating a sense of the everyday. My work involves iteration and plays with gestalt principles.
My art reflects the experiences and echoes of urban life. By using ordinary materials, I try to show how everyday things can become meaningful and beautiful.

Hi all, this is .ortega.alcazar , showing the project āHoming Desireā for the upcoming MA Fine Art Degree Show.
Iliana Ortega-Alcazar works across a variety of media including printĀmaking and digital media, often bringing them together in the creation of both 2D and 3D installation pieces. llianaās practice deals with contemĀporary social and political issues: key concerns relate to the politics and gendered aspects of home-making, and issues relating to migration, home and belonging. Iliana approaches her subject matter through a personal lens and turns to abstraction with the aim of creating work that allows for multiple meanings and interpretations. Her textile diptych
āRoots/Routesā is a reflection on how migrant populations are continuously engaged in the act of weaving a sense of home.
Though carefully woven, the resulting fabric is forever precarious and can easily become unspun. With the installation piece āHoming Desiresā, Iliana invites us to consider home and belonging in relation to diasporic communities. āHomeā is a longing, an orientation to multiple places, constantly changing, fragile and contingent. And when anti-immigrant discourses gain ground, who gets to call a place home?

Hi all, this is , showing the print-making project āEchoes of a Shadowā alongside the upcoming MA Fine Art Degree Show.
In a small room, the lights went out. The darkness and silence of the night prevailed. The smell of perfume, soaked in the steam of the bathroom, came out from under the door and surrounded the body. An unpleasant sound was ticking in the small skull. The womanās body slid to the threshold of the bed. A flame flared under Winstonās slim cigarette. The shadow of the hands walked on the skin and danced on the wall. The time for hugging was over. Eyes swam in an ocean and hands drowned in colors. The flowers rotted. Smiles dried up in small frames. The woman stirred the night in her dark coffee mug until the day came. The night came. The day came. The night came. The day came and the story was left half-finished.
