SUMMER HOURS UPDATE!

School’s out and so we are shifting to a summer schedule to let us and our guys take a much needed break and enjoy the rest of summer!

We will be open WED-SUN at both Netil Market and Well Street for the rest of August and first week of September.

Netil Market will also be CLOSED Wednesday 7th & Thursday 8th of August.

Saturday hot dogs will still be a thing every week!

Back to regular programming in September!

But to confuse things we’re going to hold it on July 5th because then it’s Friday and it’s also not election day…

IT’S BEEN A WHILE but we will be closed tomorrow at both and .

Our trusty oven Frank has been working a bit too hard over the last few months and has decided that he won’t turn on anymore.

That means no bagels this Sunday folks, sorry!!

We will work out a way to get bagels out while we wait for our brand new massive oven to be delivered in two weeks, but if anyone has a 3 phase oven of any sort going spare in the meantime please let us know!!!

NEW VEGGIE GUY ON THE MENU AT WELL STREET

The Salt Beet.

Salty beet-marinated jackfruit, sweet dill pickles and American mustard served in one of our fresh-baked hand-rolled sourdough bagels.

Limited quantity on all weekend!

Some of these on the counter at both sites tomorrow. Get them for a lover, or just yourself, no one’s judging you.

Upping production means we don’t know how many bagels to make means we have bagels leftover some days means we get to make BAGEL CHIPS!

Sliced thin, salted and baked low and slow to get them really crisp, these are absurdly moreish.

PUMPERNICKEL BAGELS ANYONE?!

After much (one day) testing and trialling we are going to be adding a very limited number of these guys to our shops from tomorrow (Well Street) and Sat/Sun (Netil Market)

Pretty proud of these and they are particularly delicious with plain schmear, lox and capers.

Walk ups only and while stocks last.

Everything bagels ready for Sunday . Open 10-3 (or earlier if we sell out).

Our everything seasoning is a mix of sesame, poppy, garlic, onion, and flaky salt and is our most popular bagel flavour.

Got some others in development though. Cinnamon & Raisin and Pumpernickel both coming soon!

We’ve been saying this is the year of the bagel for quite a few years now. Maybe 2024 really is it? (And every year to follow obviously…)

You can place Christmas bagel pre orders for both locations through the link in our bio and we WILL accept pick up orders from Well Street on Saturday Dec 23 (we won’t be open for filled bagels or coffee!)

If anything doesn’t make sense, just ask!

Not really sure what a “soft” open is, but next Monday 11th December we will unlock the door at 192 Well Street and actually let people in! We will have a limited-ish number of bagels, some filter coffee, some soft drinks and cookies and see how we do.

Things have been chugging along quite nicely at our new HQ and we’re very excited about everything that is going to happen.

SERVICE UPDATE

We will be BACK OPEN TOMORROW (Tuesday) as we start spinning back up to 7 days a week.

Things are coming along at Paulie’s on Well Street and we hope to have an open date very soon!

In the meantime, it’s also our LAST WEEK . It’s been a whole year and our time there has come to an end, our last service will be this Saturday 30th of September!
