I have a new 60min class running now at St Peter's Church, Vera Avenue, N21 1DN. Starts at 7.30pm on a Thursday evening. Drop in classes, £10. You will need to bring a mat and perhaps a blanket. It's a beautiful hall to practise in. All levels are welcome.

A few gentle poses here - I would just say that if you have any issues with your eyes, don't drop the head into inversions, for eg. Downward Facing Dog and forward chair fold/bend.
