Crab 65 - or rather Crab 19! This dish is inspired by the South-Indian classic Chicken 65 which got its name based on the year it first appeared on the menu (1965) at the famous Buhari Hotel in Chennai. When we opened our first restaurant in Soho in 2019, we were inspired by Chicken 65 and twisted the tradtional recipe by replacing the chicken with deep-fried soft shell crab and adding blistered corn for extra crunch!
Momos are Nepal's most popular food - they are to Nepalis what pizza is to Italians. For Manisha, our management trainee from Khatmandu, Nepal, the little steamed parcels are associated with fond memories of home and are her go to comfort food.

Our famous lamb chops in their rawest form. Using high quality cuts that have been sourced responsibly is essential for us, which is why the rack of lamb we use comes from the incredible H&M Meats. With full tracebailltiy, the meat comes from rural English lambs who have been feasting on the vast green of the English countryside.

Fancy a mid-week tipple? This is our plum & tamarind cooler with gin and bitters. It combines the sweetneess of the plum with a kick of acidity from the tamarind to create a fragrant and tangy cocktail.

Hakka Chilli Paneer - a classic Indo-Chinese dish that reflects the essence of this cuisine. Cripsy Indian paneer is coated and wok-tossed in a sweet & sour soy-chili glaze, marrying elements of both cultures to create a completely new flavour profile.
Precision work is at play when alternating the piping of yoghurt & plum sauce for our crackling spinach. The combination of the creamy yoghurt and tangy plum sauce pairs beautifully with the saltniness of our de-hydrated spinach leaves, creating the perfect balance of sweet & savoury.
