Myth #1: Yoga is only for flexible people.

Hi! I’m Zoe - if we haven’t met yet, I took over this wonderful space in June.

I wanted to say a huge thank you for all your warm welcomes to the studio - it’s been so wonderful to meet you all over the last couple of months. If you’ve been to classes recently you’ll know this already, but I wanted to put it in writing: Leyton Yoga is officially changing its name to Fold Yoga.

The shift in seasons feels like the right time to go ahead with a change - everything's getting started again and I’m so excited by all the energy going around! With the name change comes a new website. It’s going live tomorrow morning but you can take a sneak peek now at foldyoga.co.uk and, even more excitingly, a new and MUCH easier to use booking system which will also be live by tomorrow evening. The switch should be straightforward - you’ll get an email asking you to log in again and change your password and your passes etc will already be there - but technology is technology and if you have any problems or questions at all, please do just drop us an email on [email protected]

If you haven’t been in the studio much recently you might not have noticed it’s had a little facelift too! We’d love to show you around; we are very proud of our wonderful teachers (who have stayed constant throughout the switch) and promise that while things may look a little different online, our ethos and principles remain the same as always.

Thank you so much for your patience as we move into this exciting new season! I can’t wait to see where it takes us 💛

☀️ ANNOUNCING THE NEW OWNER OF LEYTON YOGA 👏 As you know we’ve been looking for a new owner for our beloved yoga studio and we finally want to introduce you to Zoe Sharp .zoe , the new owner of Leyton Yoga.

🥲 It’s bittersweet for us as we love the community and our lovely studio so much. It’s been an amazing 4 years, we learnt and developed so much as yogi, entrepreneurs but above all as people. We’ve made so many good friends and we are immensely grateful for all the love, support and friendship you’ve given us. Yoga is so magic and it’s so beautiful how it brings everyone together from different backgrounds. We’ll miss you all so much! 😘😘😘

❤️We also want to acknowledge all the teachers, without whom we wouldn’t be here. The team is stronger than ever and with their energy, care and commitment throughout the pandemic and beyond they have all been instrumental in moving the studio forward. 👏👏🫶🙌

🥰 It’s a mix of emotions as we said above. Moved and sad to leave but also happy to step into the unknown and welcome new space for creativity in our life. Leti will dive into her music, songwriting and yoga teaching and Quentin will focus on his career and corporate coaching. 🌷

🧚🏽‍♀️Zoe is a wonderful person and teacher and very experienced yoga-entrepreneur as she’s owned FOLD yoga studio in Stoke Newington for the last 7 years so you’re all in great hands.

✌️Leti will continue to teach at Leyton yoga her Sunday class till Sunday 9th July and her Monday classes till at least the 30th July and potentially beyond.
