We're recruiting for a Creative Programme Producer!

This exciting new role will focus on developing and implementing a new offering for the Step into Dance programme in the form of a short dance taster programme, suitable for young people aged 11-18 with little-to-no dance experience!

This programme will be delivered in secondary schools and youth clubs across London and Essex as part of our mission to widen participation in the wider Step into Dance programme.

We're recruiting for a SYNC Company Manager!🎆

The role will focus on managing all aspects of our Step Youth Dance Company, SYNC. You will actively participate and contribute as a member of the SiD team to develop and support SiD’s artistic vision, to fulfil the joint mission of the Jack Petchey Foundation and the Royal Academy of Dance. This role will work directly with the Company Dancers to support them throughout their time and ensure they have a positive and enriching experience.

Our Leadership Programme is back for 24/25!

The programme is aimed towards students who are interested in developing their dance leadership skills through their experiences in their Step into Dance sessions.

Dancers who are nominated by their practitioner or teacher and are successfully selected will have the opportunity to:

▪️ Assist Step into Dance Practitioners within Step into Dance classes taking place in their group
▪️ Be a role model for other young people in their group and be an advocate for the Step into Dance programme
▪️ Attend Step into Dance events as a VIP to help promote the programme to prospective students and teachers
▪️ Act as a youth voice representative to input into the development of the Step into Dance Programme
