Are you ready to unleash your inner warrior?
Guiding WOMEN to
⋗ HEAL self limiting beliefs
⋗ BELIEVE in their power
⋗ ACHIEVE their true potential
Transforming lives through movement, meditation and moments for the self.
The land has taught me the importance of rest. Just like the season of winter, our own season of menstruation offers an invitation of hibernation.
I have noticed within my own cycle some common patterns that emerge when I do not honour a slowing down, even just for a few days whilst I bleed.
When the busyness of life takes me away from my inner solitude, the rise in estrogen in the post menstruation is fueled by anxious energy, only to come crashing with intense holding of tension and contemplations pre menstrual of the following cycle.
Inner autumn, the week before the bleed can be challenging for most but for me there is less capacity to navigate the challenge if rest has not been honoured in the previous bleed.
With all our cycles there is not one size fits all, there are no rules that can be generalised for all women. But in observation of my own patterns, I can clearly notice the power of rest and how it creates more capacity & compassion for the rest of the cycle.
Menstrual cycle awareness is simply a practice of observation to create a deeper awareness and understanding of how your body is communicating with you. Shining light on what you need to flow with grace through the ebbs & flows and the hormonal dance that is present within us all.
You can start tracking your cycle by coming into the body for 5 minutes a day. Asking the question, how do I feel? Use an emotion wheel or your own intuition to help you find 3 words to describe your daily state.
Notice the patterns & welcome in 1% more rest during your moon time and see if this influences the patterns in any way.
MCA is an invitation to get curious about the language of your body. To play.
If you are called to know more or just need some guidance on how to start your own inner journey, comment below CYCLICAL BEING, we can chat.
This is a celebration not only of loving you,
It’s a celebration of loving this land, this culture, these roots.
It’s a celebration of the lessons, the commitment in both relation and life…
It’s a celebration of the journey to loving myself.
To sisterhood & community that support the heart - this is a celebration of you too.
Today is a day to celebrate all that I’ve loved before
Those I love today
And those unknown who I’m yet to fall in love with
It is here I acknowledge the power of love. That love is a choice. A commitment. And not a condition.
It is here I choose to celebrate the love of life, the love of you and the love of self.
Morocco is the place that calls everyone to kick back and relax, living in the flow of life itself. Living with the knowing all that is meant will be. Come experience this magical land with me.
A whole other level of epicness. DM to arrange a call or head over to link in bio to book…

This year let me meet the edges of my soul
Let me dance in the depths of darkness
Let the inner tides be a movement towards liberation
Allow me to embark on a feminine reclamation.
Let’s be a risk taker, chance maker
Fiercely grounded in the roots of truth
Let’s invite others to wildly sing around the fire
Together, let us soften, let us empower.
Unleash the light.
Warrior Woman.
Cyclical we are. Cyclical we be. Are you ready for the world to see?
INNER WINTER: a time to grieve, a time to shed the layers of pain, bleeding to the earth to let the soul be held. Nurtured. Comforted.
In a chamber of separation, the mind may feel disconnected. The body dissociated. Often the shadow of the bleed is carried from the cycles that have preceded.
Yet when we give space to our womb, our blood, our giver of life, then the gift of consciousness, the gift of wisdom can follow.
It’s not always an easy ride when the red walls fall in - but it doesn’t have to be that way. We have the power to change the narrative, cultivate a new relationship with the blood that trickles or pounds down from within.
Tell me, how do you currently feel about your menstrual cycle?
In person workshop • 17th Dec •
Safety, something we often don’t realise is missing until in a moment it is felt, fully and the walls all of a sudden crumble and fall.
In safety you are held without judgement. With compassion & understanding. It’s a powerful thing.
When we feel safe we are able to observe the depths of our soul. We are able to feel things that have been buried deep down in fear of being shamed, misunderstood, or invalidated.
Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces.
When we give ourself permission to name, acknowledge and witness our stories, the pain, the sadness and all things in between begins to dissolve.
It is here our evolution can be fully seen. It is here we can let go of the restraints and step into our capacity to feel fully alive. All emotions welcome.
This is the space I am here to create and I am so grateful to have been able to witness the immense beauty of vulnerability in our last womb warrior retreat.
I have a waitlist for our next retreat in April 2024. Message me for more 🧡
The womb, the creation of life.
The source, the inspiration, the passion of what is.
Pleasure. Feeling. Sensing.
Emotion. Sadness. Pain.
The blood of the womb, an initiation into death.
A release. A freedom.
A space in solitude, connection and wisdom.
Rebirthing once again into creation.
These are the cycles of the womb.
The cycles of all our mothers.
The cycles of the moon.
The cycles of nature.

What you grateful for today? ⬇️
The full moon this week is inviting us to let go of our attachment to limiting beliefs.
Sagittarius also inspires us to go on a quest for higher knowledge, explore reality beyond our comfort zone and expand our spiritual horizons.
A reminder, open up to what *is’,* instead of fighting against life’s twists and turns, remaining open to experiencing life as it unfolds. Consider this week, the fight against your own internal reality, the clouded judgement of self limiting beliefs and open up to the possibility of a pure truth and honest knowledge of your highest self.
The guidance of this full moon:
- quest for meaning
- commit to choices for your passion and purpose
- live in alignment and authenticity
Full expression of our highest self is a learning journey that is accompanied with responsibility and sacrifice and time is required to truly develop mastery and proficiency.
Turn inward for answers.
This is where your higher self resides.
You have deep within you your own inner guidance system, that can manifest in physical responses or intuition. During our practice this week and your inward exploration, be curious of any inspiration that may be unconventional, yet visionary as this could also help you resolve problems you are currently facing.
Observe any unexpected revelations and take note of any ideas that could revolutionize your future. In the search for answers, notice if your internal reality is clouded by self limiting beliefs. How can you begin to separate this conditioned beliefs from the pure truth and honest knowledge of who you are?

An epic connection they say…
Let’s talk about connection.
I don’t believe everyone in your life is there forever. I believe each and every person you connect with has a season in your life and yours in theirs.
Just like the seasons of nature. We bloom & we fall.
I think it’s ok to have bonds with people for a few months, a few years, even a few decades and then one day that bond to not quite be the same.
I think it’s ok to reminisce the memory of a connection with someone. But it’s also ok not to force it too, if it feels like it’s been lost.
I understand The transition of someone in your life means they have served their purpose for you and again you have served a purpose for them too.
I don’t think bonds are necessarily broken, I think they have come full circle. Even if the bond ends in a upsetting or hurtful way, maybe that’s just the lesson that’s supposed to be learnt through the connection itself.
Creating space to grieve gives space to integrate the power of the bond itself.
Looking back at old relationships, I felt pain and sadness when the connection had run it’s course but on reflection each time I embodied that feeling I have been able to let it guide me with more wisdom into the connections that have followed.
I don’t really have a point to this story. It’s an observation based on someone who has recently come into my life.
Who knows where our story will go. How long it will last. But right now I’m embracing every moment that passes with this soul to absorb the knowledge, support & love they are offering to me.
To have the capacity to allow all of the above when someone new comes into your life, the reality is, someone else may have to leave.
And that’s ok. I don’t mean this on a graded system or application required for such friendship haha etc 😂 I think the ebb, the flow and the exchange will happen organically, naturally. And that’s ok.
There sometimes isn’t an explanation when you fully allow nature to run its course.
Allow. Accept. Embrace. Embody. In love and in gratitude of all of those in your world right now. In hardship and in ease. They are teaching you something if you are willing to receive.
I didn’t fit in at school. I used to pretend to be someone I wasn’t to at least try to be socially accepted.
Afterwards, I paved my own path of exploration to other cultures and I was known as being a hippie.
And if it means I am, I accept the term with grace. This was the biggest learning experience of my life which led me to embrace all the quirks I had and the reason I was excluded for growing up.
The way I live may be different to what is accepted in the modern world but this was the only known way in the past.
My beliefs aren’t extreme, there simply rooted in a time that has existed before.
Where food and plants are medicine. Where people help each other without condition. Where simplicity allows the heart to thrive. Where basic needs are valued over materialistic desire. Where time is on your side. Where the earth provides abundance and the skies offer guidance.
To all those barefoot warriors. This is a message for you.
Embrace the hidden parts of your soul that are criticised by the many.
Let the expansiveness of your mind, be the light that leads you home.
Touch the lands with your toes so your soul can reach the heavens.
Simply be exactly who you know you are, one with nature not separate from it.
I value you. The earth does too 🧡
I’m a very Yang world, invite in more yin & you will learn all will happen just the same but instead with more spaciousness to breathe & live without the rush.
This month we are reminded to slow down the pace to create space for our nervous system to come back to balance.
Simplicity is the key. It is in the simple pleasures of life, we create space in our hearts.
How can you make life more simple? Even if it’s 1% more than before.

✨THIS WEEK ✨
There is not a quick fix to sustainability. It’s a slow process of adaptation which means you don’t have to change everything all at once, long lasting sustainable change comes little by little. Learning to PACE is key.
What if you could just create 1% more space for your self this week? How would that look?
