The definition of ‘brand’ is massively misunderstood. It’s not just a logo or colours.

It’s how you bring your business to life through every single touchpoint, it’s everything that you do. The whole business from top to bottom, every decision you’ve ever made.

It relies on you keeping promises and sticking to what you said you’re going to do to achieve your mission. Without proper direction and strategy, you will get lost.

Your brand is what people see AND what they feel.

It relies heavily on your values, which act as a foundation and steer your every move, giving it reason and justification.

What is Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)? 🤔
It’s almost social science. It’s all about encouraging visitors to your website to complete a desired action. E.g., booking an appointment or making a purchase.

Mike recently gave his expert insights to Infinity who have created a Marketer's Guide to CRO.

He explains that to inspire conversion, you have to have shared values with the consumer and keep consistent communication across all channels.

Your audience's preferences and pain points should always be accommodated on your site, and their feedback and research should drive decisions.

Today, we launched the first in a series of four new websites for our clients over the next few weeks 🏆

After several pitches of plentiful ideas between ourselves and the GMBCU team, we have created something truly beautiful 🙌

Driven by our fantastic Account Manager Akvile with the support of Brand Specialist, Sarah, and Graphic Designer, Sean, we underwent a full brand refresh for our wonderful clients at GMBCU. We’ve created brand new content that reflects their updated tone of voice and positioning as well as brand assets such as illustrations to support that content.

Needless to say, the end result is truly the definition of refreshing. What came next was the website itself led by our UX specialist Vanessa...

To forge something this beautiful, a lot went on behind the scenes:

- 14 animated & 19 2D illustrations
- SEO foundations by AJ Handley-Rowe
- A new sitemap and content hierarchy for every page
- Brand new website copy thanks to our Copywriter, Georgina
- Website Design and Development with support of SOAP Agency
- Google Analytics to continually measure performance

The design of the site has been reworked so users can navigate easily through the website, find the information they need, and overall have a better experience 🤝

Our client is overjoyed with the result, and we have to say, we’re pretty proud of it ourselves. Massive well done to Akvile and Vanessa for bringing this project to life.
