Hey! We’ve had a lot of new followers recently and so, thought it was a good time we re-introduced ourselves ✨

My name is Lauren and I am the owner and manager of Nibble, and those lovely faces on the next slide are some of my team.

We’re here 7 days a week, serving delicious food and drink using homemade components and produce we source from local suppliers.

Everyone is welcome, and we go above and beyond to cater to all dietry requirements.

Pop down and grab one of our homemade bakes, book in for breakfast or just come and say hello!

7 years ago, getting nervous about picking up the keys to my very own cafe! Can’t believe it’s been 7 years already, it’s flown by. Safe to say I’ve never had time to become bored 😂, definitely have more grey hairs and there are some days I still feel like I’m winging it with no clue. It’s been hard fu***ng work but I wouldn’t change it for anything and surviving this long with everything we’ve had to contend with is pretty special. Proud of myself today!

We’ve got brand new catering menus! Get booked in today. Very limited last minute availability this week, and the diary is open for May and June… Delivery available all around Manchester.

We’ve updated our catering package list as we’ve been hearing what our lovely customers are saying! We’ve had so many bespoke orders lately and less people wanting sandwiches so we are switching things up and yesterday’s bougee lunch spread was a perfect example to show you what we’re planning. PSA - we are now closed Monday-Weds for a little bit. Sadly, I’m having to extend our closed days during the week for a short period of time. That extra day isn’t due to finances but is due to a whole host of things going t**s up lately outside of our control that I need to get my head on to get sorted, which I can’t do while legging it around serving customers without breaking myself. BUT, we are doing lots of exciting things on these days for the time being which I’m very excited about! 👯‍♀️ have a great Monday beautiful people! Our Taylor had her last day with us yesterday and although we are sad to see her leave, we are super happy for her and excited for her next chapter.

Thank you so much Taylor for the past months and for having us as part of our journey from
Oz to Manchester. It’s been a pleasure and we’ve definitely had a lot of laughs along the way.

She’s off to start a new adventure into music management and photography to make sure you hit her up and follow her next steps or get in touch with her if you have any work that might be up her street (she’s tagged in this post).

I am glad we met and please don’t be a stranger! I am very happy to have you in my world and glad our paths crossed when they did. I also need a coffee so I’m going to stop before this gets ramble-y and you get embarrassed 😂

Au revior Rae! I hope wherever you are now that there are lots of cats to play with, joss sticks burning, Chenin to drink, and led zep to listen to. I’m sad to know you’ll never be popping in again, and will fondly remember me and the girls teaching you how to use your iPhone, introducing you to Harry Styles - HA, the tipsy messages when you drank your Xmas wine from us, and all the good (and the inappropriate) chats over the 6+ years that we’ve been work neighbours, and (mostly) friends. I will choose my playlists wisely in your memory, and think of you often. No doubt you would sign this off with some French phrase that I don’t know, so here is mine… Un brin de folie égaye la vie.
