We are hoping to document the build and keep you up to date as we go via a new social media platform (TikTok), so we’re looking for someone who knows how to do this and, more importantly, wants to do it for profile, experience, and love. (We can chat about fees and lifetime membership in person. Drop us a DM 😂)

The road since COVID has been very tough for us (as for lots of our comrades at the moment), but we have fought our way back to a strong position. A lot has gone on that could have wiped us out, but… (A story for another time)

We’re moving with the current landscape and offering a faster, more reactive daytime offer in our new spot.

The new business sees us return to our roots but with some updated tech and cost reductions! We’ve always been about the quality and YES, () you could do it from home for half the price, but the reality costs are crazy. We’re hoping to cater to the workers of the city with great coffee, belting takeaway sandwiches, and lots more at a price that’s right for daily budgets!!

Yeah we’re always looking to push the limit with out sandwiches but this is my favourite hands down!

🍞- Our has been a lot of work over the last 10 years and our bread is specifically produced for making . This is to do with the moisture and proofing process to create the perfect GC dough!

🧀 - On our big weeks we can run through a tonne of our NSGC signature cheese blend !! We only use 10 month old mature & we continue to grate in our magic (super expensive) continental cheese varieties which gives us the deep in flavour.

🐮- Our dairy is a short drive away and we try to source our produce as local as we can , pushing . They make all our butter 👊

Friends of NSGC, John & Cath have been coming to the shop since day dot!! Always lovely to see them 👍

Katie’s ‘superstar table’ slid her a ticket to say thank you & in tern made her bloody week!! She’s a massive so it meant a lot.

Our team work so hard and at the minute we are trying so hard to celebrate small wins when they come & this is one for sure 👍
