Where were you for the Eclipse? I’ve been travelling up to Scotland and found myself in Duns visiting an old friend. My Eclipse moment came with a very powerful healing which I need to process over the coming days, weeks and months. For fellow Aries on the path, you may also have felt this energy acutely. It’s officially Spring here in the Northern hemisphere and under the Tropical astrology system we are now in our Pisces ♓️ to Aries ♈️ cusp period.

The card I’ve pulled for the collective is the 6 to 7 of Swords. This is a perfect transition card from choppy emotions in our Pisces feels card to needing some alone time and independence in Aries ⚔️

This Pisces Moon weekend has been an outpouring of healing and spiritual community for me so it was no surprise when I pulled the Ace & the 3 of Cups 💜

I was invited to a really special exploration of the Alderley Edge mines by and friends and we discovered the pre dinosaur level, beautiful malachite stone and the meditative silence of the caves and tunnels we travelled through 💜

Coupled with international women’s day and Mother’s Day here in the UK, it has been a real celebration of the divine feminine this weekend. I hope you had an insightful one too 💜

So I’m walking through town this morning and everyone is smiling at me! At first I’m wondering what on Earth then I realised after walking past a window it was ‘me’ smiling at everyone :) I am genuinely happy now.

Now someone once said to me that ‘life is full of happy moments’. I don’t believe that and think that’s a real ‘glass half empty’ approach to life. The belief that happiness is random and either happens ‘to’ you or doesn’t, no. That’s chaos theory and no ownership of your own path.

I think it’s about mindset. For me, happiness is always there within you but sometimes it takes a lot of lifestyle shifts to dig deep and find it. It’s not easy to get to that pot of gold!

Lady Ga Ga has been playing in my head since I woke up this morning which is not my usual playlist :)

Collective cusp reading for the next few days…we are currently mid cusp period, moving from Capricorn into Aquarius ✨

The card I have pulled for this transition is the Empress to the Emperor ✨

✨Our Capricorn period was very much about making plans, grounding ourselves in the new year and taking stock of our direction. This is given a very personal slant with the Empress correspondence of Venus, loving and trusting ourselves with the prospect of growth and self development ✨

In my dreams I’ve been able to fly for as long as I can remember and it’s so vivid I used to imagine as a kid I could do it in real life if I flapped my arms hard enough ☺️

The quality of the flying is always different though and even more so going into adulthood, sometimes I struggle to get high up, sometimes I fall down or like last night I was actually pulled down by someone I didn’t recognise.

It’s important to ask questions in your dreams, this is where practise comes in because all aspects of the dream represent an aspect of yourself, so I asked the woman why she’d pulled me down because I needed to fly. The woman said it either wasn’t possible or wasn’t normal and that she needed to hand me over to someone (police? Other people).

It’s also important to record your feelings when you dream. Anyone would expect me to feel scared at this point, and I did, but the overall feeling was sadness and resignation.

In terms of psychoanalysis I got a lot from this dream and I would highly recommend keeping a journal to record them. It can help to work with your current state of mind and also set yourself goals.

Summary from my dream…don’t let self imposed fears hold you back. You can still fly, you’re just out of practice 🪽
