My lovely patient here has recently decided its time to show herself some love so we've started on a treatment plan.

First we have used the gorgeous dermal filler around her mouth area to help support the lateral aspect of her mouth as well as adding volume smooth out lines and wrinkles in this area.

We have since started working with polynucleotides and are working towards some more dermal filler in the future following some dental work 😀

I feel like more of us need to take a leaf out of her book and put ourselves first more often.

I know I'm guilty of it, always feeding and watering myself last.

I did mention a while back that I would be changing some of my pricing due to changing the brand of filler that I use, I've finally sat down and sorted the new prices which are live on my booking system from today.

Here's why:

I have now changed the brand of dermal filler I use to Vivacy's Stylage. I used to use several different brands but now this is now the only brand I use for everything other than tear trough filler.
I love everything about this brand even down to how the syringe feels in my hand. I find it causes less lumps, less migration and overall delivers a better result.

I only want to bring the best for my patients and deliver a premium service as well as use a premium dermal filler.

The brand also offers lots of training opportunities which I have been utilising to make sure I am the best practitioner I can be 🥰

This does mean that I have had to make a change to my pricing to reflect using a premium brand - my pricing hasn't changed as such as I already offered this level of service, I have however taken away a few of the other options.

1. Frowning in both pictures - look how strong that glabellar muscle is! The bottom picture was taken at the 2 week review where we added some more to really say goodbye to that frown!

As a general rule of thumb you can use this guide - some of my most regular clients are only coming twice a year now as their muscle activity takes slightly longer to return.

• You always need at least 12 weeks between appointments

• I always recommend you let your muscle movement return before booking again - unless as a one off for special occasions it is always best to follow this advice.

I'm Sophie 👋 I'm 33 and an NMC registered nurse. I qualified as a nurse 6 years ago and initially worked in the NHS but currently I work in forensic nursing part time as well as working in my medical aesthetics clinic. I'm a mum to two beautiful girls Georgie who is 3 and Millie is just 3 months old 🥰.
