IMPORTANT NOTICE

Along with the other practices in the area we will be closed for staff training on Thursday 24th October from 1pm. Online triage requests will be turned off at 12pm to allow us to deal with them before we close.

All extended access appointments after 6pm will go ahead as normal.

Today we are changing over to a new phone system. We have been told the change over will be minimal so we are hoping this will not cause any disruptions to our patients.

The new phone system will offer a call-back facility if you have been waiting a length of time or if there are people ahead of you in the queue. Using the call-back facility still retains your original place in the queue but will save you waiting.

All requests are still done via the online triage form.
