PPPD Persistent Postural Perceptional Dizziness
Very good explanation!
Vestibular neuritis and labyrinthitis are disorders resulting from an infection that inflames the inner ear or the nerves connecting the inner ear to the brain. The progression of these disorders are split into two phases: 1) The acute phase, during which severe dizziness may develop abruptly, and 2) the chronic phase, during which some people are completely free of symptoms while others have chronic dizziness if the vestibular nerve has sustained damage.

The most common , and the most easily fixed cause of vertigo!
Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo is the most common vestibular disorder caused by dislodged calcium carbonate crystals that interfere with the fluid movement that these canals use to sense head motion, causing occasional and positional vertigo. It is a benign and relatively common condition, oftentimes treated successfully with Canalith Repositioning Maneuvers, which use head movements and gravity to reposition the crystals.
