BREWERY ANNOUNCEMENT #5!

We are proud to welcome back Almasty Brewing Co! 🍻

This stellar brewery is one of the original mainstays of the North East Craft Beer scene, starting out as a one man band with distinct wooden clips, you would steadily recognise their growth by the increasing amount of venues that pour their wares.

They brew a full range of beers on served on both Keg and Cask but for us its their juicy full frontal IPAs that really pack a punch!

We are super excited they said yes straight away when we asked them to come back, and we can’t wait to see what they bring with them!

⚡️ C A N D R O P ⚡️
🇮🇹 ITALIAN PILSNER 🇮🇹

Based on a classic German Pilsner. Brewed with premium Pilsner malt and finest leaf Mittelfruh and Hallertau Blanc hops.

To some bring Italian flair we then dry hopped the Pilsner with the same noble hops in T90 form.
This adds a subtle complexity and a extra pop to the herbal, grassy aroma.

Stylish, clean and crisp with balance and subtle complexity best describe this beautifully crafted Pilsner.

What a class day! came all the way from Marsden to clean out our mash 🤟🏼 we also brewed a beer as part of Collabageddon….. very excited about this one!

Just enjoying a cheeky can of Grandpa's Stash, pretty much the best thing since cold beer 🤤

Galaxy, Idaho 7, Mosaic and Citra are bringing a banging hoppy landscape of pineapple, blueberry, mango and lychee. Yesss!

We've worked hard to capture the essence of both our Northern and Southern lights beers in polar lights. Simcoe, Mosaic, Motueka and Waimea hops combine with Voss Kveik yeast in an aurora of tropical joose flavours and aromas.

A study in Citra
Single hop Citra IPA with T90 and cryo Citra giving notes of sun-kissed mango, lime groves and freshly cut pineapple 🍍

A Study in Mosaic
Single hop IPA with Mosaic - With modern varieties you retain complexity but get a very true sense of the individual hop characteristics. Mosaic T90 and mosaic cryo present intense mango, tropical squash and big citrus licks. 🥭

There is also a option of 2 imp Stouts

Crema
Big, indulgent stout aged on Brazilian, Columbian and Honduran coffee beans freshly roasted for us by Black Mountain Roast in Hay on Wye. Fresh coffee aroma, silky mouthfeel and roasty toasty goodness from the 9 different malts used in the brewing process. ☕️

CoCoA
Sister to Crema. Same base stout recipe. This beer was conditioned on pure liquid cacao. Sweeter that Crema with distinct creamy milk chocolate character 🍫

German Pilsner, Moby dick IPA and Sherblato DIPA
