Dear all I hope you are all well at this difficult time. For all my customers I will be emailing videos twice weekly to help with your physical and mental health whilst the classes arent running face to face. So the classes will run but just in a different way. This will start from next week, as my dad is currently unwell and I am awaiting equipment to ensure the videos are of good quality.

You'll be glad to know pilates is only 1 hour long...so we wont have time to achieve this...phew!!!!
Feeling it in your glutes??? We really did give those bums a good work out on Thursday, so I've put in a variety of stretches to help release any tight sore bums
Remember to hold the stretch for 20 seconds, on each exhale see if you can slightly increase the stretch. If you have any knee or hip problems you may need to avoid the 2nd and 5th. If you come to my classes you will be aware which one is good for you.

Being an optimist as a therapist is good. Being fearful and nervous and negative as a therapist is not good, because the patient will notice this and will be become negative too. This could influence the outcomes: longer recovery period etc.

Feeling very overwhelmed and emotional today thank you everyone in the Yoga and Pilates class for your kind gifts. It's been truly amazing teaching you all. Ive been teaching these classes for over a year and cant believe how popular they have become. Whilst I'm having a short break from the classes due to work commitments I do intend to start back in September and hopefully will see you all again.
As i said i will be doing some outdoor sessions in the summer and will keep you posted.
