To celebrate World Mental Health Day 2024 on Thursday 10th October we are opening our doors and holding an Open Morning so please come along for a cup of tea and a slice of cake. All welcome.

If you would like to learn more about the Frank Bruno Foundation, the programmes we offer and meet the team, then please do come along. Professionals, friends, family or anyone interested in coming along to our programmes - all welcome.

If you have attended one of our programmes then please feel free to come along and catch up and have a cup of tea with us too.

Our Open Morning will be running from 10am to 12 Noon.

Some of you may have been lucky enough to have been taught by Tracey in some of our yoga sessions at The Round by Round Centre.

Delighted to share that Tracey is challenging herself to complete the Great South Run on 20th October 2024.

Tracey has always supported The Frank Bruno Foundation and we are delighted to be Tracey's chosen charity for this event too.

Today it was our turn to learn new skills with our friends at the Care Leavers Circus Project run by Right Resolution CIC and held at the premises of The Pink Rooster charity in the grounds of St Andrews Hospital .

The chance to make a hat, learn to juggle, spin a plate, hula hoop and lots more!

What a great time we had! 🎪🤹🏻‍♀️

It was fantastic to be invited to support such a great group of people who we have had the pleasure of working with through our Care Leavers 8 week Round by Round Programme.

Thank you all for such a brilliant afternoon - we loved it! ❤️

Another great day at Frank Bruno’s this week. We did a workshop on mindfulness and have delicious jacket potato’s! Guess what??? We get to meet Frank himself next week.. so excited. Thanks again to and for funding this project for our care leavers and for being such great teachers

Starting from 10am this morning, a clean-up of the area, followed by nature related activities.

We can't wait to go along next week to support the Right Resolution CIC Care Leavers Circus Project ... Take a look and why not pop along 🎪🤹🏻‍♀️

Some of our amazing community with our Rose award winner Nicole. Starting a social walk on Thursdays in our Blackthorn Coffee Mornings, everybody welcome, wheelchair accessible and it will be a lovely stroll!
