A lovely morning working on the wildflower meadow. Thanks so much to our volunteers who came down.

Lots of our volunteers come down weekly, however once a month we run our family volunteer sessions, where Emma from The Outdoor Club CIC and Muddy Toes groups brings hot drinks (and plenty of cake!). It’s a great chance to meet others locally, and enjoy spending time at the beautiful Mill Park Reserve.

We’ll be back on November 18th 9:30-12:00 with more tea and cake.

Date for your diary: Saturday 16th September

September 16th is our special “Wildflower Meadow” volunteer morning at Mill Park Reserve between 9:30-11:30am. Can you spare an hour or two?

We need all hands on deck to help us clear the meadow and prepare the ground ready for next year’s beautiful blooms. We’ll need shovels, rakes and perhaps a bucket or two, too.

We’ll make sure there’s plenty of tea and cake to say a big thank you 😀

Perhaps, it’s supporting the regeneration of the wildflower meadow, clearing some of the waterways or helping to refill the bird feeders.
