We are asking for help if possible.
As many will know Dawn’s New Horizon was set up by myself over 12 years ago, from just a small mobile phone in a back room to our first shop 11 years ago supporting 100’s of clients.

We have found bigger premises in Sprowston with its own consulting room for our clients and to have meetings etc.
The new premises will help us support even more survivors of domestic abuse, with displaying more stock which will generate more income to help others.
This is a huge achievement for us all, and with the help of everybody, we have made another step forward in our help to support others.

We are mostly self funded and asking for help is a huge step.
We will be looking for a few items to help with the transition if anybody can help with secondhand or new items please do get in touch.
Thank you.

Items needed:
Kitchen worktops ( for sorting in the stock room )
Kitchen cupboards ( to store stock )
Chairs ( for clients to sit while having counselling )
Kitchen utilitys ( microwave, kettle )
Retail Metal Storage roll cages ( to store stock )
Retail display items

The governments new are being tested this Sunday (23 April) at 3pm, if you’re a survivor of domestic abuse with a secret or secondary phone, these emergency alerts could reveal your phone, even if it’s on silent.

Our tech safety team have created a guide on how you can turn these alerts off, watch a demonstration here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I2MBcHwmiy8&t
