✨NOVEMBER COMPETITION✨ We are looking to see how strong our members are….! 💪 This month we are holding a 1RM deadlift competition BUT there’s a catch! It is all about what you can lift versus how much you weigh! 👀 So you don’t need to be the biggest person in the gym.. for example ⬇️ If you weigh 60kgs and you can deadlift 120kgs your score would 200 (% of bodyweight) Fancy a challenge? Find a team member to get involved 👍

Our Box-Hiit class on Sundays @ 12pm with .levelup are the perfect way to devlop combat skills and confidence whilst having a heavy hitting workout!! 🥵

We have added a few virtual classes for those of you who like an early session or want something at the times we do not teach!!

MONDAY - Full body HIIT @ 6:30am - 7:00am 💪

WEDNESDAY - Mobilise & stretch @ 6:30am - 7:00am 🧘‍♂️

FRIDAY - Strength session @ 6:00pm - 6:40pm 🏋️‍♀️

Interested?? All you need to do is head to the main studio for any of the above times each week, grab the kit you need and then wait for the screen to turn on and the class to begin 👍

If you have any further questions then ask a team member next time you are in!
