Hand made items for all your macrame and crochet needs! documenting my journey as I learn π
Remember the kitchen mat I posted about? Well, it's finally time.
I was lucky enough to be chosen as one of the pattern testers for , and hopefully the pattern will be released on the 12th!
If you are interested in making your own head over to her page to have a look and buy some of her patterns on her etsy π
Autumn is fast approaching. Why not buy yourself a flip mittens and ear warmer set?
Normally, I charge Β£15 each, but you can buy them for 25 as a set π listed on my etsy store. You can find the link in my bio π§‘
I'm happy to make sets too for anyone interested π why not have matching flip mittens, ear warmer headband, and scarf?
I may be tooting my own horn, but I think the sets are super cute and make great gifts too π
I know it's still scorching hot right now, but knowing our god ole British weather, it will be winter before we know it!
Why not buy a pair of flip mittens ready for when the colder weather strikes?!
If you are interested in purchasing anything from me, feel free to message me directly so we can talk about colours and sizes, etc π
Remember that exciting project that was happening? Here it is! π₯³
I had the honour of pattern testing kitchen mat pattern.
It's a super easy pattern to follow and great for beginners, too π I highly recommend for anyone looking to add handmade, cute, and cosy decor to their home π₯°
To create my kitchen mat, I used 5mm braided cord in the colour avocado and a 10mm crochet hook.
The lovely thing about the headbands created from tutorial on YouTube, is the fact that you make them to your exact measurements.
As you can see here I have made 3 different sizes and each one is as pretty as the other. Such an easy tutorial to follow.
As autumn is fast approaching, how about a few headbands and fingerless gloves?
These are made with the softest yarn from the women's institute.
I used the youtube tutorial from for the headband, and I freehanded the fingerless gloves π
Something exciting is happening π
Here are some closer up pictures of the shrug to show the details a bit better
How beautiful did this shrug turn out?!
I made this cable stitch shrug for my partners mother for her birthday. I think it suits her wonderfully π if I do say so myself.
It was made using a pattern from TrendyCrocheting on etsy. I looked at so many shrug patterns but settled on this one as it is simple but timeless.
This bralette was made by following one of tutorials on YouTube. Such an easy tutorial to follow. But i can't figure out why I can never manage to get the shape of my cups to sit right! Either way it looks great on!
I just love the colours on this one π
Last august I followed tutorial on how to make a hexi cardi. So easy to follow and so pretty!
The yarn is so soft, it is so comfortable to wear. But unfortunatly I don't remember what brand it is!
I can't get over this top π finished it just this morning. It's the Sadie top from
I decided to add on to the pattern and add some of the fan lace edging round the bottom and I think it looks cute!
It needs to be blocked, but I just couldn't wait to take some photos (ignoring the fact I've never blocked a large project before π«’)
Now this stunner is the aviva corset top from . I just can't get over how pretty she is! The texture and detail make for such an interesting but still delicate corset top, and I can't get over the shell lace on the back π
I think I'm defo going to have to make it again, but with a cotton or bamboo yarn next time. I used an acrylic as I was too eager to make it and could wait to get new yarn π and unfortunately, all I had on hand was acrylic. But at least it gives me an excuse to make this gem again π
Another crochet top I made. I wanted something with a bit more coverage as i find a lot of crochet bralettes and tops a bit too revealing for me to wear in public. This really hit that spot!
I followed a YouTube tutorial from nirvana crochet. She has some really beautiful tutorials. I have a few tutorials saved so I can make them later π
Another piece inspired by
Again, I freehanded this piece as there were no crochet tutorials out when I decided I was going to make this piece. I used a combination of youtube videos to learn how to increase and decrease the make the collar and trim as I had only been crocheting a few months at this point in time. Overall, I'm still happy withthe way this turned out but if I was to make it again, I'd try to avoid carrying the yarn in my stitches as you can see the colours through each other. But it's all la learning curve π
This is a cardigan I made last year, inspired by the amazing show. I just loved Wednesday and Enids relationship, and seeing how they developed through the show.
I felt inspired to create a cardigan that encapsulated both of their personalities, and honestly, I love it. I stuck with the famous hexagon cardigan as it was the first cardigan I freehanded and I'm so happy with how it turned out.
After I caught the bug for making wearable I decided to try my hand at the pineapple top from
I think it's a super pretty design but in hindsight I wish I made it with a better yarn. But still lovely none the less π
If anyone is interested in purchasing a crichet top please send me a message π
This is the first ever crochet wearable I made over a year ago now. Never worn it π but I do think the colours are very pretty
A late night, moody photo of a project I am working on! Nothing more relaxing after a hard days work than coming home with a nice hot cuppa, putting a crime podcast on and crocheting to your hearts content π₯°
The pattern is the beautiful Sadie top from I can't wait to have this piece finished π
Look at these cutie pies in their new collars!
I'm over the moon to say that the customer loved their order and they very kindly sent me photos of her adorable pooches in their new collars. I can't get over how gorgeous they look π
Loving this custom etsy order that I shipped off to its new home recently! Never thought about using green for the flowers, but I'm loving the colour combo.
I hope the buyer and her pooches love their new items.

Nothing more relaxing than being sat on the beach crocheting during sunset π
How could I forget the adorable duckling jumper for Pebbles?!
This one was a joint effort between me and my partner. He made most of the body, and I made the hood and ribbing. Was a fun project for us!
Although I don't think Pebs agrees π how can you not love that face?
This lovely macrame handbag is one I made for my mum, for Xmas of 2022.
It took forever! And my fingers were aching by the end but I'm very happy with how it came out.
One thing I have realised though... I need to get better at taking photos of my products ππ
I just realised I never posted a picture of the animal jumpers I made my dogs π
I made them as little Xmas presents for 2022. Im sure you can tell but puddin is a bee, and peaches is a frog (their spirit animals ππ€£) looking at these photos, you can clearly see how excited they were!
These jumpers were my own freehand design. I couldn't find a pattern I liked, so I decided to just give it a shot, and I was pleasantly surprised with how they came out!
After taking a break from macrame I decided to pick up crochet. Been crocheting for about 10 months now and made various items for friends and family. But I decided to make something beautiful for myself.
I bought the pattern to a beautiful wrap dress that has been sat in my downloads for months. But finally decided to start it whilst sat in the hospital with my boyfriend π
I think it's turning out lovely so far! A bit worried it's going to be too big as I always over estimate my size but we will seeπ
So I've been a bit MIA lately! Fell off the macrame train a bit, and just been busy with life!
Instead of macrame I decided to pick up the old crochet again! And what better than to crochet my darling pugs π₯°
Started with little peaches here. Still got to add alot of details on the body but I'm pretty happy with how it's coming along! (Excuse the dog hairs over her π)
