Introducing the new online, on-demand subscription platform for whilst I’m away on maternity leave 🧡

There are over 60 sessions ranging from 45 minute flows to 90 minute Yin and Yoga Nidra sessions.
I’ve added the online retreats that were held over lockdowns and also Ayurveda 101 lecture! I will be adding more classes each month.

There are 2 pricing options depending on your circumstances - as with my live classes, it’s pay whichever option you can, no questions asked.

Yin energy is restful. It’s gentle and nurturing. It’s intuitive and receptive.

This energy is asking you to take deep care of yourself at the moment. Whatever self care looks like for you, do that. Rest, sleep, don’t push.

Allow yourself to rest, be open to simply receive whatever comes to you in this space.

Seeking out joyful moments can hugely benefit the nervous system.

When we find moments of joy, and really allow ourselves to feel it, we reinforce the reality that we are safe. This in turn allows us to spend more time in the ‘rest and digest’ part of our nervous system rather than on the constant treadmill of pushing and striving in the ‘fight and flight’ NS.

I have found that post pandemic lots of students/clients have been in a hyper vigilant, charged state and this is affecting the way they function day to day. It all makes sense with the understanding of the nervous system but it can also be very frustrating. So if you’ve been feeling a little off, dull, angry, stressed then know that it might be signs of an activated nervous system and there are so many things we can do to discharge the system.

One of these tools is to go in search of joy. Find the small moments in your day where you feel happy, put yourself in the way of beauty, really be present when you’re laughing with someone you love, or when you’re reading a good book, or sitting in the sun.

Let’s go in search of the things that bring us joy, allow ourselves to be truly present in those moments and let that support our systems.

I know that it is very last minute but I have someone who was meant to be coming on a yoga retreat this weekend (18-20th) who may now be unable to make it and is looking to sell her space half price.
The retreat is in Tittleshall (just outside Fakenham) and is the room is suitable for 1 person or a couple sharing a bed.
This is a kingsize private room with Ensuite which is usually £500 going for £250.

This 2 night retreat is held in a pair of beautifully converted barns in the middle of the Norfolk Countryside.

Hi Pals,

I haven’t been very engaged on here recently, but there have been some new faces and so I thought I’d say hello!

Life has been a bit busy over the past few months, but I’m finally starting to feel grounded again. I’m currently running a Mentorship Programme for one of my favourite humans who isn’t very well at the moment. It’s been a huge step but one that has been so beneficial and inspiring for me.

It’s allowed me to dive back into the worlds within yoga philosophy and just how much yoga can impact your life. Not the asana, but everything else that comes with it.

Often we view progress in yoga as deepening a pose, or how long you can hold a shape, rather than by the quality of your relationships, or the kindness that you show yourself, others and the world.

There is so much more to yoga than the asana. Yoga is skilfully engaging with life and everything that is thrown at you. Each day is an opportunity to practice yoga off the mat, with your interactions with people, the words you speak to yourself, the actions you take, the thoughts you have. What in life is not yoga?

It’s mental health awareness week and it’s great to see so many posts highlighting this important cause.

The thing that worries me though is that the term mental health awareness is becoming so common that it’s losing any real meaning.

What does it mean to become aware of mental health? Why is it important? Why is it such a common issue nowadays and why is the rate of mental health issues continuing to rise so rapidly.

Part of my job is to offer to tools to soothe the nervous system and reduce stress/overwhelm in order to reduce mental health issues, but what if, instead of carrying on as normal and adding extra things to do to take care of ourselves, we actually shifted the way that we’re living in order to support ourselves.

I know that I’m in a privileged position and that it might not be that easy, but what if we just started to introduce small shifts into our day in order to bring joy or a settling of our systems. Small shifts add up to big changes.

Do a life audit. Become curious about what is causing the most stress in your life - what can you do to shift your circumstances there? (Maybe it’s talking to your boss, maybe it’s asking for support with childcare, it might be taking more breaks throughout the day)

Notice how your daily routine affects your mood. What do you enjoy doing? Can you bring more of that in?

Small shifts to create a big change. It doesn’t have to be all once, it doesn’t have to be overnight - slowly slowly. Be gentle with yourself.

Panic attacks can come on all shapes and sizes by here are some steps that I’ve taken to support others when they’re experiencing panic attacks.

These tools have also helped when I’ve been experiencing them myself. (When I remember to do them).

People who have learnt these tools have used them to support others and I think the more people who understand these techniques the better.

Thank you for so much love on this already 💜 I was kind of terrified to put it out. Creating new things and putting myself out there is really scary, I don’t know how things will be received and I have many (many!) stories that pop up telling me I shouldn’t be doing this, but I shared the words from in my class and on my feed and I took them on board.

is really a space to get all of the noise in your head out onto paper. To explore behaviours, patterns and to find moments of joy in your life.

Daily habits/routines play an essential role in our long term health.
Every decision that we make throughout the day impacts how we feel in the future.
The foods we eat, the lifestyle choices we make, the thoughts we think all impact our lives.

It can feel a bit overwhelming but that’s why beginning and Ayurvedic journey including self-care routines can be one of the best things you can do for yourself. With this you slowly integrate practices until they become your new habits. Slowly slowly rather than rushing for big shifts.

Ayurveda empowers us to take our health into our own hands through simple, daily habits.
Ayurveda invites a reconnection back to our true nature, away from the current fast-paced societal normal that keep us disconnected.

Try incorporating one of these practices into your morning. Do it every day and notice what happens 💜

To manage stress in Ayurveda, the goal is to pacify vata energy. Vata dosha is a combination of the air and ether element. To balance this we need to think of the opposing energetics - grounding, warming/heating, oily rather than drying.

When we go through a stress response, the amount of vata, or movement, in the body increases. This energy can be beneficial in the short term, but can be damaging for the body and mind over time.

It's been a while since I've come on Facebook, I've found Social Media to be draining for me over the past few months but have finally found a balance and so am dipping my toe back in!

There have been lots of changes over the past year which you may have seen snippets of regarding TRE and Ayurveda.
Over Lockdown I completed 2 huge studies and have been running these alongside my yoga classes.

As a society I think that this past year and a half is going to have a huge effect on us and so these tools are so important to be bringing into daily routines.

I'm looking forward to sharing more through this page and also over on my website but for now I'm excited to share that I have a few new spaces for Private sessions. These can be 1:1, 1:2 or small groups. They can be weekly, bi-monthly or just a one off for a special occasion.

Back To Teaching ✨

I love this practice. I love everything that it’s given me and everything that it continues to offer. It gives me a chance to experience the magic within every day life. Through the breath and through the practice we can build our energy, our life force, our Prana, so that we can take full advantage of this life we get to live.

This practice simplifies and complicates. It strengthens and softens. It allows us to connect to what’s inside and around us so that we can not only be aware but be present with this life.

We don’t know what we don’t know.

By sitting quietly with yourself, by taking time to nourish yourself, by listening, it’s possible to watch patterns and to change them.
By dedicating yourself to a practice (non-obsessively) you get to chose the direction that you’re going, rather than allowing your Samskaras (habitual tendencies) to run the show.

This is what we do in our practices of Yoga, Ayurveda and TRE. Create space to observe ourselves.

I’ve been listening to ‘Atomic Habits’ by and really enjoying it. Over the past few years I’ve been looking at my habitual thought and belief patterns and how these affect how I show up in life.

In yoga philosophy these deep rooted beliefs and habits are known as ‘Vasanas’ and one of my brilliant teachers says that one of the main goals in a yoga practice should be the elimination of these vasanas.

This can only be done through knowing what these patterns are. We get to know ourself through self-study or Swadhyaya. Being aware of how we’re living so that we have the choice of how we show up in this world.

NERVOUS SYSTEM 101

Having spent the past 4/5 years navigating my way through some challenges that life threw at me, and also studying TRE and Ayurveda alongside Yoga, I have found a new way of understanding the way that we act. And it’s honestly fascinating.
I will be sharing some of this information in a workshop next month along with some practices that I’ve found really helpful to calm and soothe my anxious state.
I’ll also be talking about the way that this pandemic may have shaped the nervous system and why coming back into the world as it opens up may feel anything but normal!

Ask yourself what and who gives you energy? And where do you leave feeling exhausted? As we come out of the past year, things will most probably feel really full on and we have to take responsibility for ourselves and our energy. Take care of yourself and your nervous system 💜

I used to be really intimidated around the idea of Ayurvedic living thinking that it was all too confusing.

During 2020 I took a 300hr advanced training and honestly with some of modules it was like trying to learn biology in a different language, but when the training came to an end and things began to integrate I realised just how simple this practice is.
It’s asking us to return to our original nature. To observe our own patterns and the way that we show up in every day life.
Once we have this awareness it can be the most beautiful, simple practice of taking care of our own, unique Self.

I’ve been away teaching on our yoga training and this was the main concept of this module.

Rather than an activity that we do in order to get somewhere or change something, let your practice be a means for removing or releasing all of the habitual tendencies that we cling onto. Soften the knots of the mind and body that we accumulate simply by living this human life.



Yoga is a remembering, it's a coming home to what was there all along. It's returning to the truth of who we are.
