For people in Beccles (NR34) and surrounding areas: Beccles Forest Schools (Learning in Nature CIC) is starting up a new FREE session for adults called Forest Gym, which provides an opportunity to enhance fitness and well-being on their beautiful Wild Meadow.
Gym activities include tree-planting, wood-chopping and pond-making- something to suit all ability levels, and a good natter is always welcome.
Sessions are fortnightly on Thursdays (next dates: 14th March and 28th March) from 10:00am to 11:00am, on the wild Meadow, by Beccles Common and are FREE to attend.

Asperger East Anglia has been approached by an LGBTQ support service who are offering to run a support group in Suffolk for LGBTQ people who have Autism. We would like to know the level of need for such a group; if this is something you would be interested in knowing more about, please email [email protected] to let us know.
We would also like to hear from anyone in the Norwich area who identifies as LGBTQ and also has autism, and would be interested in attending a similar support group for people in Norfolk. Again, this is to measure the level of need; if enough people are interested we will consider adding it to our existing services; please email [email protected] if interested.

After a three year break we are delighted to announce a renewed partnership with Dr Thirsty's in Norfolk Street, Kings Lynn and will be launching "Fuse KL Party Nights". Since we suspended the project during the Covid pandemic, the Club has had a major refurbishment making it more accessible around the entrance and toilets area, but with the same great welcoming team behind the decks and the bar. We are planning four big party nights each year around Christmas, Spring, Summer and Halloween. DJ, and full bar with BUILD and Club staff there to keep you safe, the first session will be on FRIDAY 8TH DECEMBER. Doors open at 6.30pm until 9pm. Entry for anyone, with any disability aged 18 or over will be £7 payable on the door. If needed bring up to 2 carers in for free."

Appeal for Donations - Please help!
Our two shops, which raise funds for our charitable activities, are running low on stock; we particularly need clothing, bric a brac, furniture, and records (33/45). Our eBay operation needs packing materials, such as bubble wrap, newspapers, boxes, amazon boxes & cardboard envelopes.
If you have any to spare then please consider donating them to us. We can collect in the Beccles area and small amounts / items can simply be dropped off at the A Shop in Market Street.
