Billy is launching his new Japanese inspired offering , which will be cooking permanently at Six Richmond House.

SHIO brings the best flavours of Asian fusion cuisine to Nottingham. Predominantly cooking over Japanese coals, serving exciting and innovative small sharing plates using the finest local produce available.
