October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Having had a few scares myself, and knowing a few ladies who have had breast cancer, I think it’s important to remind everyone to check your breasts.

Never presume a lump is ‘normal’ because you are pregnant, breast feeding, or just had a baby. Always get checked!

🩷 MAMA BABY SPA RETREAT - BURTON JOYCE 🩷

This one off retreat starts with a hot/cold drink and sweet treat, followed by post natal breathing exercises and stretches for you and a full yoga routine for baby. We will then have a delicious homemade soup whilst you feed babies. The last hour will be spent in the amazing swim spa, whilst we watch your little ones in the garden where you can see them. The perfect mix of mama- baby time and self care 💕.

💕Suitable from 10 weeks to around 6 months

💕The retreat is held at the swim spa in Burton Joyce.

💕The swim spa is made up of a sauna, hot tub and pool.

💕Limited to 8 spaces.

‼️Sepsis is a life threatening reaction to an infection. ANY infection can cause sepsis but it can also occur during pregnancy or within 6 weeks of delivery.

If you or someone you know is seriously unwell and you don’t know why, ask yourself, could it be Sepsis? A simple question that could save somebody’s life.

What a wonderful first week back in Sherwood and Beeston 🩷

So many babies have been born from our PregnancyBliss Yoga classes this summer 🩷.

SHERWOOD
1 rare space has become available for Baby Yoga ‘Advanced ‘ starting on Tuesday 10th September at 2.30pm- 4pm.

This course is suitable from 5 months until crawling.

The class starts with a catch up, to get to know other mums and see how your week has been. We then carry out some post natal breathing exercises and stretches for you, to help those aches and pains. We follow on with a full yoga routine for baby, to help their physical development and flexibility, and their coordination. It’s also great for tiring babies out 🤞🏻🤞🏻. We then have a break where you can enjoy Pudding Pantry drinks and treats, and finish with a lovely relaxation for you 🩷.

💕 Today marks the start of a new month, a new term and a new era (for me)

☺️ I have spent the last four years working two jobs - teaching in a school as well as building up my business running these wonderful classes

❤️ Finally I have cut the cord, left the classroom and now run classes (almost) full time. I LOVE these classes so much I don’t even think I can call it a job?!

🙏 I am so full of gratitude to all of you wonderful mums for making this possible. For every mum who has attended my classes, recommended us to a friend or left us a review I literally can not thank you enough. Without your support, this would not be possible.

🥰 I am so excited for this new chapter and can not wait to see what this year brings.
