We will still be meeting! But we will be doing so from the comfort of our own homes via Zoom! All you need is a phone, tablet or laptop to join in. Instructions and links will be posted soon, so keep your eye out!

Who is facilitating the group?

Antonia Gorman and Nicole RB will be facilitating the grou. They decided to set up this branch of PBM as they are both passionate about positive birth, and wanted to create a community to share stories in Oldham and Rochdale.

Both Nicole and Antonia are involved in the 'birth world' across Oldham and Rochdale, and are both very passionate about all things birth-related! Antonia is a trained doula, helps to run the Sling Library in Oldham and Rochdale, alongside making her own slings, and is acting chair of the Maternity Voices Partnership. Nicole is a hypnobirthing teacher and student midwife.

We are both very much looking forward to welcoming you to the group tomorrow!

So what actually happens at a PBM group?!

Each meeting, we have a theme - December's theme is Oxytocin. We will be chatting about what oxytocin is, how it can help your birth, and what you (and your birth partner!) can do to help create an oxytocin-filled environment.

Our sessions are informal, taking place over a cuppa. They are not 'taught', but lead by you, with facilitators there to help guide you.
