The benefits of combining yoga and massage therapy 💆‍♀️🧘‍♀️

• Getting a massage before yoga session will increase blood flow and lengthen the muscles and connective tissue, that will allow you to stretch further and hold your position during yoga session for longer.

I wouldn't recommend a deep tissue massage before yoga session but a Swedish or aromatherapy massage.

• Getting massage after yoga session will help your body recover quicker by increasing blood circulation and reducing builds up of lactic acid.
After yoga session your muscles are warmed up and nicely stretched, getting massage after such a session can help getting rid of the painful and tender knots in your muscles.

Turned out that the Palace was closed due to a private event but there was still plenty to do!
We were literally one of the first there! 😅
It was quiet and peaceful.
Lavender smells so beautiful and you can hear 🐝 buzzing.
Butterfly house was packed with butterflies and even 3 gigantic moths 😃

• Fire and Bliss Yoga Retreats at Cotswold Park Barns •

As some of you already know last weekend I officially joined retreat team as a masseuse 💆‍♀️

It was absolutely magical!
Over the weekend I performed 12 hours of different types of massages, which include: aromatherapy, swedish, deep tissue and most popular

I managed to join unforgettable yoga sessions in the morning and evening, which made me feel peaceful, calm but on the other hand very energised!

I would say that Ola
is like a fire and Ale is like a bliss and they are just a perfect combination ❤

I didn't feel hungry at all, and I am usually starving when working 🤣
