I run a 6 week online weight loss programme where I help you makes changes to your current diet to promote weight loss and also run habit coaching programs for long term success.
I will analyse your food diary and give you hints and tips to make small changes to help you lose weight (drastic changes can sometimes lead to it not being sustainable) I will also use this diary to tailor a habit coaching program to you that I think will benefit you the most.. you will have a daily check in and lesson to complete online each day which will help you to make better food choices and create healthier habits ๐
I will work out your daily calorie needs based on your activity levels and teach you how to track your calories, this doesnโt have to be done forever but it really is a eye opener and makes you realise how many calories your actually eating, teaches you about portion sizes and which foods really use up your allowance. I also have lots of tasty recipes for you to try with the calories already worked out ๐
The 6 week program costs ยฃ35 if after the 6 weeks you wanted to carry on to help keep you motivated and accountable you would go on to the accountability program and pay just ยฃ30 for another 6 weeks.

Massive well done to my client Jade.. originally started having PT sessions to lose some weight and sheโs definitely done that.. so far sheโs lost..
37 inches all over..
Just over a stone in weight..
Body fat dropped from 41.2% to 36.2%
Increased muscle mass by 2%

Massive well done to my client Lisa smashing the PT sessions but staying on track in between.. the scales have sometimes gone up not just down each week which is normal but can lead to loss of motivation โน๏ธ but thatโs exactly why I get all my weight loss clients to also take pictures weekly and tape measurements.. 27 inches gone and the photos speak for themselves ๐
Motivation is the hardest thing to keep up during a weight loss journey you need to see results to keep you on track to stay motivated, please donโt just rely on scales..
Lisa has done this by making small changes that are manageable, being more aware of what she eats and her bodyโs needs, calorie / portion control and creating new habits that will last a lifetime not just why she is losing weight! And still managed to have a normal life eating with her family or going on a night out..

I work in a private studio just off North Hill so itโs always one to one no one else will be training at the same time.. I also offer at home PT sessions where I can come to your house and bring equipment with me or over zoom.
