The children have been working so hard on this show!

What an amazing show, Annie Jnr.!
We are so proud of each and everyone of you for making it a wonderful success. Well done 👏 we have had some amazing reviews 😀
Of course the show can’t go on without our fabulous team of volunteers ; Carly Rosina Vincent for the fabulous choreography, Robert Andrew for everything technical, our wonderful and special front of house David Hunter and Maggie Lutley who make sure everything runs smoothly front of house, from the first rehearsal to the show end.
We would like to give special thanks also to everyone that has helped During show week, our wonderful stage crew Josh Stevenson, Connor Braddon and Theo pomeroy and set up/take down, David Hunter, Nathan Vincent and Lee Fedrick.
Lighting the show Ben Small and prompting Tracey Allen.
Our amazing chaperones and helpers throughout the run, Alice, Kaye Murdoch and Hayley Pomeroy.
Front of house, Jill Straw, Carol Cox, Janet Robson and Chris Watts. Costumes Irene Willcocks and to Lipson Muse Theatre letting us stage our show.

That's a wrap on our finale show of Annie JR. The cast out did themselves over the course of this week. A big shout out to all of our back stage team and front of house team for all of their support and hard work. This show was a first for a few of are members and they have fit in fantastic and performed incredibly. It had been an honour seeing what were some of our youngest members grow over the years and now take on bigger parts in shows and developing their characters both on and off stage. As always DJR is a team effort ran completely by volunteers who give up their time to help get children into theatre.

It was great to see so many new faces this evening... But we do need more boys.

We are a fun theatre group that prides ourselves on flourishing children's confidence through dance, singing and acting.

Hello all!

It is nearly time to return back to rehearsals... Where has that summer gone?!?

We are now taking new members, so if you know any children aged between 6-16years who love to sing, dance and act... we are keen to have them join our musical family.

Rehearsals are Tuesdays ( returning 6th September) 4:30pm-6:30pm at Eggbuckland Drama Studio

Last night a few of the DJR team took one of our members and one of our past members out to see Singing in the Rain. The show was outstanding unfortunately we were out of the splash zone. One of the team did hang around after to get some photos and to talk with the cast who were all so lovely. If you haven't gone and booked tickets make sure you do.
