When you can't get to your last swimming lesson before big school because your younger brother is poorly. The certificate still finds its way to you. Will miss all my leavers who are off to big school. They are Pawsome

Progress is so important no matter how small that progress is. At SwimWright, I believe progress is much better than perfection.

If your child wants to carry on swimming for fitness but has outgrown swimming lessons, Teenfit is for them. 45 mins of swimming around 1.5km of swimming.

At SwimWright, this is how we do things. We celebrate progress no matter how small or large those steps are.

Swimming lessons are great. Doesn't have to be a camp!!!

This is why I love using the big mats so much within my lessons.

BUT with data from by the National Water Safety Forum showing that in 2023, 50% accidental drowning fatalities never intended to enter the water, it's important to understand how to say safe whenever you're AROUND water 🛟

STA is starting International Learn to Swim Week today, and we'd like to join in again this year by celebrating the special role swimming teachers play in our children’s lives - teaching and inspiring our children how to be confident in the water.

GET INVOLVED!
So, if you have a swimming teacher or baby swimming teacher who goes the extra mile or is simply just brilliant and inspiring, then we want to know!

And if your nominated teacher is selected*, YOU will receive a £50 Konfidence gift card to spend at www.konfidence.co.uk AND we will send your nominated teacher a swimming hamper full of thank you goodies!

Please get nominating and sharing why you think your swimming teacher is so special (and if they or their swim school are on Facebook tag them into your post). Swim schools share too, and encourage your customers to nominate your teachers.

Nominations will close on Friday 31st May 2024.

*It will be impossible to choose a winner, as the teachers you nominate will all be amazing, so the winning teacher will be selected from all the entries posted using an online randomiser. The teacher and his/her nominee will receive the prizes. If the winning teacher is nominated by more than one person, we will use the randomiser again to choose the winner of the £50 gift card from all the winning teacher nominations.

International learn to swim week 2024. Let's give every child a chance to learn to swim.

Always swim between the flags to stay safe.

It's always important to check the signs when going to the beach. Even if you go regularly like me.

Safety features on the beach. Make sure you know where to find them if you need them. Fingers crossed you never do but better safe than sorry.
