Sea trial day yesterday on board this Epic Targa boats T46. She is a proper flagship of the range. Come and see us with Wessex Marine at the Southampton Boat Show and see for yourself. She is a true flagship of the range. Wessex Marine will be displaying the T27.2 with Volvo D6 inboard, T32 with twin 400HP Mercury outboards, T41 with twin Volvo D6 sterndrives and this stunning T46 again with twin Volvo D6 440 stern drives. Great side by side comparison of the huge differences between the T41 and T46.
This T32 got our pulses racing for slightly different reason to the beautiful Marex 440, first drive or the mighty V10 400hp Mercury outboards bolted to the transom of one of our favourite Targa boats models. She didn’t disappoint… there was an absolutely effortless 48kn on tap and the boat performed flawlessly 👏🏻
This was a highlight of the week, privileged to be the first people in the UK to drive and experience the spectacular new Marex 440 Gourmet version. She is a hugely beamy and spacious boat, beautifully put together and luxuriously appointed for relaxing days on the water. Every single person who’s seen her so far has commented on what a great looking boat she is and has wanted to have a look. Lucky new owners with this weekends forecast ☀️

This Targa owner clearly has a healthy obsession with search lights!!
Early start this morning to deliver our Targa boats Targa 37 Mastervolt Lithium Battery project back home to the Hamble. The Solent doesn’t get much flatter than this!! More details to follow on this project when we get chance. But the system is working brilliantly.
Collected this beautiful Targa boats T37 from the Hamble today to bring her back to Poole for a Mastervolt Lithium battery upgrade. We’ll keep you posted about whats involved, the components required to make it work safely and the finished job… before taking her back home at the end of the week.

We continue… today was the turn of the Mighty Targa boats T46. This is a very special boat, look at the view out of the stunning new full width sun roof. Nothing to challenge her out in Poole bay this morning but a beautiful moody sky with not a breath of wind. Are we Targa fans… unashamedly so! Wessex Marine Golden Arrow Marine

The last few weeks have been manic with seatrial and commissioning work with Wessex Marine and also all of our other installation projects we have on, but, we had to share some photos of our Targa boats T41 sea trials 😊 she is every inch a proper Targa and will effortlessly crunch up miles cruising to your destination of choice. She was in her element on a blustery grey day out in Poole bay, the ☀️ doesn’t have to shine for a Targa to put a huge smile on your face.
Absolutely gutted we weren’t able to be there to unwrap this very special new arrival, literally been looking forward to it since finding out about the new model. But super excited to get on board tomorrow and put her through her paces. We will make sure we get some videos and photos to show everyone quite how special she is!

Following the success of CRC Vanguard which we fitted out for Commercial Rib Charter a couple of years ago now, we have just completed her sister ship, CRC Vigilant, a near identical 12.5m Ribcraft based multi role Cabin RIB.

Oooo shiny new Targa’s, another fantastic introduction to the boot Düsseldorf Targa boats line up this year by Guy from Wessex Marine, Loads of innovation on the new T41 and we love the white sunshade on the T27.2, something we haven’t seen on a UK spec boat yet. Amazing how much a clever choice of colours can make your new Targa stand out from the crowd. 👌🏻

We really enjoyed putting this one through her paces, the V8’s had astonishing grip as you can see in the video, she will almost turn on a boats length and accelerate smoothly away, great fun to drive.
We are often trying to explain to our customers how good the Flir M364C camera is at improving situational awareness on the water. When integrated with Raymarine’s latest Lighthouse 4 operating system and Raymarine augmented reality its target tracking is quite astonishing!

If Carlsberg did days at work! Today we unwrapped, commissioned, tested and sea trialed not one but two very special new Targa boats for our friends at Wessex Marine. It is not lost on us that we are extremely privileged, as huge Targa boats fans, to be entrusted with these boats.

In addition, Mark Spink holds an MCA/RYA offshore Yachtmaster qualification meaning we are able to conduct sea trials and equipment testing at sea where required.
We have experience of working on a wide variety of vessels, from fishing boats to super yachts- and everything in between - on behalf of individual and commercial customers. With over a 15 years in the industry, we have built strong relationships and now work regularly for a number of local companies including Salterns Boatyard, Wessex Marine, Dorset Lake Yard, Princess Yacht Sales and Track and React- to name just a few!
Based at Salterns Marine in Lilliput, we are ideally situated for travel throughout the UK. We regularly work in Dorset, Hampshire and the West country and are always happy to travel further afield- having been recently commissioned to work on projects in France, Spain, The Channel Islands and Dubai.
We are very proud to have many regular customers who have entrusted us with working on their different boats over the years.
