We are back next week and looking forward to seeing you all again!

We hope you all have an amazing summer holiday! We look forward to seeing you all for regular sessions in September! We do still have some limited availability for private sessions during the break, so do send us a message if you’re interested. Ciao!

Over the summer break, we may have some limited coach availability should people want to do any private 1:1 sessions or private group sessions.

These will be fairly limited but if you’re interested, please do send an enquiry form at www.train-hard.org/private-coaching and we will let you know if we’re able to fulfil your request.

We had an awesome time with Ella and her friends this afternoon, celebrating her 7th birthday with a Parkour Party! These guys had a blast and worked super hard on learning some parkour skills! We’ve just had two AWESOME days with over 100 girls from Parkstone Grammar School led by coaches Viv and Phoebe! 👏

Alongside The Project Climbing Centre, we delivered two whole days of parkour and climbing activities for the school, with great success! 🥳

Absolutely love seeing these girls grow in confidence over the day and so supportive of each other 🙌 👏

We look forward to working with them again next year!

This time, it's a Learn to Backflip course for Ages 6-10 and a Learn to Frontflip course for Ages 10-14!

During the May Half Term, we don't have an Ages 14-17 holiday camp running (due to the Monday bank holiday) but we've put on an OPEN SESSION on Wednesday 29th from 5:00 - 7:00 PM!

We'd love to see you for a jump about and it's always good to have a little break from all the revision you'll have been doing!
