Learn hoop and silks from our lovely instructors in an encouraging and supportive atmosphere. We cater to all ability levels on this course. It's a wonderful way to gain confidence, meet new friends and, above all, learn a really cool new thing! This course will then allow you to book on to our weekly hoop and silks classes.We will learn the basics on hoop for the first 3 weeks and the same on silks for the last 3 weeks.

Carolyn is a wonderful contortionist and will be teaching us how to be get flexible in a safe and fun way.

- A partner to work with. Please make sure you book onto this at the same time as a doubles partner that you are happy to get up close and personal with. It will be a much better class if you have a specific partner to work with. Bookings are individual.

- Ability to straddle invert repeatedly without assistance
