Our team delivered full CAT A works across this 70,000 sq ft Warwick campus, reimagining it as a premier office destination.

But that's not all. Simultaneously, we completed two CAT B fitouts for incoming tenants. This parallel approach saved time and reduced waste, showcasing our versatility and project management skills.

As we reflect on our International Week of Happiness at Work, we're still smiling from all the fantastic moments we shared.

We wrapped up our celebrations in true OP style with our 'Feel at Home' day. The office was a sea of cosy slippers as we ditched our formal footwear for something more comfortable.
