Today I’m at the milnrow yoga & well-being event. Offering 20 min angelic & Usui reiki sessions £5 donation which will go back into the community. Lots going on many stalls - food, card readings, treatments- on till 5pm

We can experience brain fog for a number of reasons - Hormonal changes, stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, not being able to switch off, the constant ‘what if’worries.
