H A P P Y F R I D A Y - Rose and Thorn

My rose has been my mum & dad getting home from their trip to Scotland after visiting my sister for a couple of weeks 😍 My thorn was attempting to clean out my wardrobe when I didn’t really have the time, I don’t like to rush jobs like that as I feel I don’t really concentrate and do them properly. I’ve been taking videos as I go so I can share next week.

I have moved my husbands chess board into the middle of the table with the hope that we might be able to remember to play 🙌🏼🙌🏼. I love chess but haven’t played in so long. H O M E O F F I C E - I love my desk from . I spent months trying to find the right desk to fit the space as my home office is in my dining room. The desk deep enough to fit my laptop and screen on but unlike so many others I looked at it’s not too deep so it doesn’t come into the room too much. It also has a great built in cupboard for and the natural oak stained mango wood and gold mix works perfectly with the rest of the dining room.

H A P P Y T H U R S D A Y - Only one day now until the weekend and for me it couldn’t come sooner this week. Do you ever have just one of those weeks where everyday it seems like something else is going wrong. How do you stay calm? I try and practice some deep breathing with a couple of minutes meditation. Even if that is just standing by the kitchen sink.

H A P P Y B A N K H O L I D A Y, Our plans consist of a quick trip to IKEA & a walk round Greenwich park! What’s everyone got planned today?

B E D R O O M, I was very unsure about the bed in front of the window but as it was the only way the bed and side tables would fit we had no choice. I’m the end it turned out great. Have you ever been sure something would look terrible but turned out great?

F R I D A Y E V E N I N G is here again! Hope everyone has some wonderful plans this weekend! ❤️

L I V I N G R O O M Our dining is very full, sometimes I think it’s a little cluttered but I love it anyway. This room is full of things that hold amazing memories ❤️ The acrylic seating plan that we had made for a our wedding is hanging on one wall and the wall opposite if filled with a lot of our wedding photo’s, the side unit was my mum’s she bought it back in the 90s from IKEA and it lived in our dining room for the best part of my childhood, when I moved home I painted it with French Chic paint and replaced the handles. Along with lots of other bits and bobs that I love! What do you have in your house that have amazing memories attached. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

G U E S T B E D R O O M We have our family to stay as much as possible and we love them to have a nice place to sleep, although small we tried to make it feel luxurious, comfy and relaxing. How do you like to make your guest feel when they stay? ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

H A P P Y M O N D A Y My sunroom is defined my most multifunctional place in my house, I use this area to fold washing, dry washing, read, meditate, yoga, workout and into the summer the doors open out into the garden and it become an indoor/outdoor space ❤️ the dog also love to sleep and sunbath in here. What is your most used room or area?
