Why train the core??๐ค
Core strength massively helps with balance and stability, in fitness and everyday activities. Week core muscles can make you more prone to poor posture too, which can lead to injuries , especially within the back region ๐
Strong core muscles maintain your balance, help you avoid awkward movement, and prevent unwanted strains or sprains.
So basically a stronger core is an all round winner !!!

There's many ways to strengthen those core muscles, from planks, to sit ups, to gentle crunches, even ways without getting that butt on the floor.

"I AM NOT FIT ENOUGH FOR BOOTCAMP"
Such a common comment from new starters and one I understand, but in reality is a load of rubbish !!!
We all start somewhere๐ช, so why not start at an outdoor fitness class, where u get plenty of fresh air, you don't have to wait for equipment in a sweaty gym. No ones there to look at themselves in a mirror, or take videos for Instagram while (not actually working out )
At Bootcamp uk Gravesend with passionate instructors at the helm all you need to do is pick up a free bit of kit, follow the awesomely planned session, take a deep breath, put a smile on that face ๐๐and crack on ๐ช๐ช๐ช๐
Everyone has a different starting point of course but they are willing to try, and that's all ot takes. Our classes are for all abilities and ages and we adapt in all areas if needed.
So in other words you don't get fit to do Bootcamp, you do Bootcamp to get Fit !!!
Our bootcamp is just amazing, such a friendly atmosphere while getting the best all over body workout ๐ช

So, as many of you know, I will be hosting the big event called Maidstone Pretty Muddy on Saturday, 6th July 2024, at Moat Park in Maidstone.๐
It's a 5k run with obstacles ( which you don't have to do if ur worried). You take the running at your own pace and will take you roughly 1 hour ( no pressure on time)๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
I'll be taking you all through your event from the start, and I'll even be warming u all up from that big ole stage at the front ๐๐
There are 2 events, x1 for kids x1 for adults.๐ช with different times waves in each
Not only are u doing a great challenge, but you're also supporting and helping those who have suffered or been affected by cancer.๐๐
This fun run includes things like space hoppers and slides, water canons, and cargo nets, and let's not forget MUD.๐๐

We used a bigger area of the field with 8 areas. 28 exercises, loads of calories burnt, reps executed. sweat and tears ( no actual tears ๐คช) teamwork and loads of fun ๐๐๐๐ช๐ช

Interval runs tonight, with jogging and hill sprints with walks to recover. Alongside burpees, press ups, squats thrusts, star jumps and bounce squats to get them LEGS burning ๐ฅ
