One of the most confusing aspects of Body Transformation is HOW you can get better results with MORE nutrition, not less.

The problem I faced, and what many people face with restrictive nutrition plans is the secret-binges that we pretend didn't happen. Although I thought I was doing good by keeping my calories under 1500/day, I'd often slip up, lose control and accidentally eat way too much. If you have been trying for fat loss and in a calorie deficit for any period of time longer than a few months and the fat will not budge, it's likely either due to slowed metabolism, or perception of being in a deficit but having slip ups that unknowingly undo the deficit. Everything changed for me when I embraced my actual calorie needs, understood macros, and let go of extreme dieting attempts. Let me know if you need more help with this. Here for you ❤️
