I get asked allll the time… oh I bet your husband has massages all the time doesn’t he?! The answer is no 😅

Today he has finally given in to that niggling back & shoulder pain and had cupping.

A lot of people who work doing repetitive movements seem to find cupping really works for them, improving circulation and releasing the tension in that area.

I have one appointment available tomorrow for any treatment!

Today I had an amazing guided meditation session- Cocooned in an aerial yoga hammock while Bridie gently rocked and swayed us. It was soooo relaxing and something I definitely recommend if you struggle to switch off.

The feeling afterwards is the same as when you’ve had a massage and I still feel completely relaxed and refreshed 😴
