Each treatment is tailored for you. I ask where your aches and pains are, how you have been feeling, what you have planned for the rest of the day and what you want to achieve. Then your treatment is created just for you.

Thank you to everyone you came to our Wellness Day at Equilibrium Studio, today.

I'm running two free introduction to meditation sessions tomorrow.

𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 & 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 🧘‍♀️

An introduction to mindfulness and meditation. We will start off with a relaxing breathing exercise to slow your breathing focus and your mind. Then you will be led through a simple, 10 min meditation that you can use after, to bring about a sense of calmness and tranquility when you feel life’s becoming just that bit overwhelming.
There will be time after for questions.
