Good morning all,

Primary Care Support is a clinical service provider who work across the country supporting practice and PCNs with a wide range of medicines management services. Our team consists of experienced Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Prescription Clerks and Clinical Coders who have many years of experience in all aspects of primary care.

We are approaching you all to see if anyone needs any support in their practice or PCN. We can take an enormous burden from your clinical staff and free up their time without the cost and hassle of directly employing clinicians.

Below are examples of the sort of workstreams we manage, most of which can be done remotely:
* Document management (hospital discharges/ medicine reconciliations/ clinic letters)
* Full prescription management service including all queries
* High risk patient monitoring (CQC requirement)
* Shared care prescribing, registration and claims
* Repeat Dispensing (RD) initiation and monitoring to help reduce GP workload
* Prescribing incentive schemes
* IIF workstreams
* PCN QI indicators / DES workstreams
* MHRA safety work
* Prescribing audits
