Welcome Kate to the team. Kate joins us as a senior womens health physio. She has relocated to Manchester and left behind a senior NHS post in Warwickshire. Kate enjoys running, pilates and weight training. Her special work interest is post natal return to sport. She will be in the clinic Monday to Thursday and is now offering 3 x late night availability. We are very excited to have her join the team.

Yes? We can help. If your 6 weeks or 60 years post partum it's never too late to learn how to love and look after your scar. Your scar is still maturing for upto the first two years post partum, this is the absolute best time to come.

Research suggests up to 70% of menopausal women suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction. Sadly, pelvic floor physio is not always offered or even mentioned to peri or menopausal women. As are result we see people not aware of why their body has started to feel different and they can begin to suffer with gyneacologic pain, diminished or absent or**sm, irritative bladder symptoms, incontinence, reoccurant vaginal infections and recurrent UTIs.
