As the weather warms up we are all starting to look out on the garden and see all the work that needs doing. Activity is good for us we are told- correct, but remember that if you haven't been active over winter and spring your muscles and spine will not be conditioned to work in the garden. To try and save yourself from too many aches and pains remember to plan your work. Break your jobs up into no more than half hour stints. Take regular breaks to move and stretch. Plan your next job to be in a different position. For example, if you have been bent over weeding, make your next job something you can do stood upright. Don't plan on doing everything in one day- plan it over a series of days or weekends. Happy gardening!

Eddie Carballo will be working Fridays from 11-6pm. He is trained in Holistic massage, deep tissue massage and passive joint mobilisation. We are planning on opening tomorrow morning ( Saturday ) for those patients that are booked in already. If you do not feel it is safe for you to get to clinic then please call and leave a message on the answer machine.

You will not be able to cancel through Jane as it falls within the 24 hour notice period. We will not charge for cancellations tomorrow but please try to let us know if you aren’t coming.

If our staff do not feel it is safe enough for them to get in they will aim to call you to let you know- although check your emails just in case they can’t get through to you.

It’s snowing!! We expect that many of you can’t get out or don’t want to risk it coming to see us today. Zahra and Sonja will be in fielding calls and seeing anyone who feels safe enough to come in. But clinic will be closed this afternoon. We are waiting to evaluate whether to open tomorrow.
