Ladies πΊ & Gentlemen πΉ or should I say to everyone π€
Recently qualified as a menopause champion and menopause ambassador
I might be in menopause but I'm not letting it ruin my day or life
I stay active to feel good on the inside just as much as the outside.β
Fitness makes me smile β
If any of you beautiful ladies feel like you are going through it or you don't feel right drop me a messageβ
As we get that little bit older strength training will help through menopause as muscles weaken.
Today is a good day ladies don't sit in silence TALK I'm here β
Men do go through it too - is called Andropause, is the decline in male hormone production. This drop in hormone levels is not as dramatic as women going through menopause....just saying.
Talk to each other....never stop β
Keep moving β
Keep active β
Be kind to yourself and others β
Life is short Keep dancing ππΎ π
